New Year's Eve hors d'oeuvres with Derek Bocking

Derek is the man behind the food blog "Derek's Kitchen". He's also the sous-chef at the Montreal restaurant Ma Grosse Truie Chérie.

And more importantly, he's the guy we call when we're wondering how to feed 50 people at a New Year's Eve party without breaking a sweat.
