It's Farm Open House Day in Quebec.

More than a 100 farms will open their barn doors and fields for a visit.

One of the participating organic farms this year is the Ferme Croque-Saisons in Lingwick, in the Eastern Townships. They grow organic fruit and vegetables and raise lambs too. Caroline Poirier is the co-owner with her husband of the Ferme Croque-Saisons.
