Food fantasy contest: raise funds for the Food Bank, and we'll make your food dreams come true

ottfoodbank5.jpgWhat's your food fantasy? A particular dinner companion? A chef cooking for you in your kitchen? A day pulling up carrots fresh from the garden? A remembered dish you just can't seem to recreate yourself?

Tell us your food fantasy, and we'll help you make it come true -- that is, if you commit to helping us raise funds for the Ottawa Food Bank.

This year, CBC Ottawa's annual day of giving, Project Give, is dedicated to the Food Bank. You'll hear stories of people who benefit from the many local Food Bank programs, and you'll hear us encouraging you to donate with lots of great incentives and prizes, on Friday, December 5th.

But we here at All in a Day want to start giving a little early. If you're up for gathering up as many donations for the Food Bank that you can, we're up for trying to make your wildest food fantasy come true.

So tell us that fantasy! Email us with your food-related dream before 11:59pm on Sunday November 16th. We'll choose 10 finalists to raise funds for a two-week period, and the people raise the most will be -- well, in foodie heaven.
