Power of Attorney

A woman in Saskatchewan has been charged with defrauding an elderly relative of more than $200,000.  The woman had been given power of attorney over her relatives financial affairs.  Craig Lederhouse spoke to a Saskatoon lawyer about power of attorney and how it can be used, and misused.
