Dispatch: Kiuna: A College of Our Own

Filmmaker Angie-Pepper O'Bomsawin profiles a new college (CEGEP) in Odanak, Quebec that was founded to serve the Aboriginal community. The directors and students talk in this short documentary about the benefits of learning in an educational institution that incorporates Aboriginal culture and world view. The college is called "Kiuna", which means "ours" in Abenaki. This story is in french language only.
