Wowee. 250 episodes. I never thought it would happen. Was pretty sure it wouldn't. So color me wrong. But I am getting ahead of myself. Let me begin at the beginning. First, there was a big void. Then there was light, and a big gassy ball. That gassy ball was a young punter named Jonathan Goldstein.I can't remember what the world was like in the middle 2000s, when this whole radio mess began, but I'm pretty sure it was worse off. Because why? Because of a little light that learned to shine. Jonny Shinestein. You know what your mom says about how you don't mean everything to the world, but you mean the world to me? Well Jonny reminds me of that first part. He doesn't mean much to the world. But still, he gets points for stick-to-it-ive-ness, as my third grade teacher used to say. Sticky Jonny. Where any level-headed person would have given up, figured out that showbiz just wasn't for them, Jonny is like a train on a track. With a robot in control that doesn't know it's running a train that is up on blocks, going no where. Doesn't quit. I admire that. He's a very stubborn person, in real life. In real life, Jonny smells like a dead guy, who is stubborn. Only he's grumpy. Grumpy, stubborn Jonny.
