Nishiyuu walkers leave on next leg of their walk
The Nishiyuu walkers set off on the next leg of their walk to Ottawa on Monday, February 4th.
The original seven walkers were joined by about 16 more walkers as they continued on from Chisasibi.
On Friday, the walkers arrived to a hero's welcome at their first stop in Chisasibi. Melissa Natachequan was there and spoke to David Kawapit Jr., whose idea sparked the journey.
