Cree Cultural Institute wants to hear from craftspeople
It's getting closer and closer to November 15th, the grand opening date of the Anishchaowgumikw in Ouje-Bougamou. The staff there is working hard preparing and installing the displays. There will also be a boutique at the Cree Cultural Centre, where craftspeople from Eeyou Istchee can sell their artworks. Melissa Natachequan spoke to Sophie Bosum, who is the Assistant Executive Director at the Anishchaowgumikw to explain what it is they are looking for.
