Nutrition Month: time to tune up our eating habits
March is Nutrition Month. Eating healthy foods is a big part of staying well and living a long life. But poor nutrition can lead to diabetes and weight gain, as we know too well in Eeyou Istchee. Melissa Natachequan spoke to Wally Rabbitskin of Cree Public Health about what you can do to change your habits.
