Candidates go to run-off election in Chisasibi

After consulting the band's bylaws, Returning Officer Brian Wadden has called a run-off election in the contest for Chief of Chisasibi on August 18th. The two candidates are Davey Bobbish and Abraham Rupert. We asked both candidates the same question and gave them each four minutes to respond. The question is: What can you offer that is different from the other candidate, that will make people want to vote for you?
