Many of us share nursery rhymes as memories from our youngest days.

But what about today … what about new nursery rhymes for the twenty-first century?

Derek Peddle is a self-taught commercial artist from Whitbourne who works in advertising and publicity.

Derek perceived a need for new bedtime rhymes and proceeded to write and illustrate Under My Pillow Book: a collection of original betdime rhymes to fill it. The book has just recently come out.

Derek joined me in the studio this week and I asked him from where the idea for the book came.
