Changing the relationship between Aboriginal Peoples and police

"Justice and the Law" is the first episode of Trailbreakers. There's often a strained relationship between the Aboriginal community and the police force. And that's not unique to any one particular city. It's far-reaching and Aboriginal lawyer and trailbreaker Don Worme believes it's based in systemic racism. But as the Aboriginal community grows and changes, so does its relationships. Or do they?

Winnipeg's police Chief Keith McCaskill and Aboriginal youth leader Michael Champagne sat down with Trailbreakers to offer up their viewpoints on the changing relationship.
