Broadcast Dates for An Evening with Malcolm Gladwell

CBC Toronto is a proud media sponsor of the "Jump for Jamaica" events, presented by Jamaica50 Celebration Inc. Canada celebrates Jamaica's 50th Anniversary of Independence, and commemorates this historic event by showcasing the best of Jamaica in Canada - the arts, people, culture and heritage.

An Evening with Malcolm Gladwell is part of the Jamaica 50 celebrations where bestselling author and journalist Malcolm Gladwell discusses his work and his Jamaican heritage with CBC's Eleanor Wachtel. Gladwell has been a staff writer for The New Yorker since 1996. His writing often deals with the unexpected implications of research in the social sciences and makes frequent and extended use of academic work.

This event was held on May 28 at Toronto Reference Library and if you missed it you can tune in to Writers & Company, Sunday, June 10th (and Tuesday, June 12th) at CBC Radio One.

You can also listen to CBC's Matt Galloway interview with Malcolm Gladwell at Metro Morning.
