Matt Galloway Honoured with IDI's Excellence in Community Service Award

Matt Galloway, host of Toronto's number one morning show, Metro Morning, has received theIntercultural Dialogue Institute (IDI) Toronto award for Excellence in Community Service, for becoming a voice for the voiceless communities, and for providing publicity for important community projects in the GTA.

IDI is a non-profit organization that aims to promote respect and mutual understanding among all cultures and faiths through partnership with other communities, cultural, religious and interreligious organizations. They do this through educational and cultural activities such as seminars, conferences, discussion panels, luncheons, interfaith family dinners and cultural exchange trips.

Matt was honoured at IDI's 7th annual Dialogue & Friendship Dinner on Thursday January 12th at the Royal York Hotel.
