How do I contact the local news departments with a news tip?
If you've got a news tip e-mail us or call the CBC Radio One Newsroom at (807) 625-5002. You can also contact us by fax: (807) 625-5035.
   
2. How do I get a PSA aired on radio or a community event mentioned?
First, refer to these guidelines before you send us information about your event.

3. How do I suggest an idea or pose a question to a local show?
Go to the Programs page, and follow the link to the show. Look for the “Contact” link for that show in the left-hand side of the show’s page.
   
4. How can I comment on what I heard on a local or national radio program?
To comment on what you've heard on Superior Morning (weekdays 6 to 8:37 am) e-mail Superior Morning or call Talkback:

Can I get transcripts and/or tapes of programs? Back to top

Call Cision at 1-877-269-3367 or use the Use the Cision Canada web site. You will have to provide Cision with the program name, the time the interview ran and the date. Note: there is a charge.

Some other programs are available for home and education use. You can search catalogues of programs online through CBC's Shops and Services.

   
6. How do I suggest an idea or pose a question to a national show?
Go to Programs A-Z, look for the listing for that show, then follow the link to the website for that show. Look for the “Contact Us” section of the site.
   
7. How do I contact the CBC about something I saw on CBC.ca?
Use our Contact Form.
   
8. How can I find out the name of the song I just heard on CBC Radio?

a.   The first step is to identify the show that played the song.

If the program was a local show, go to our programs page and find it there.

If the program was a national show, use this list: Programs A-Z to navigate to the program page.

Do not send copies of your CD directly to the various programs.

If you've got a CD of a performer or a group that is touring Northwestern Ontario you can contact us by e-mail.
