, there has only been one city where Canadians can watch professional baseball: Toronto. However, it was made public this week that a group of like-minded business people in Alberta have made an official bid to Major League Baseball
to secure a professional baseball franchise in Calgary and they want to call them the Calgary Blue Jays
. Earlier today Pat Kelly spoke with the organizer of the group, Mr. Doug Malloy, to find out why.
