The Ontario town of Napanee is facing a challenging decision: A portion of the town's budget has been set aside to erect a bronze monument in honour of the town's most famous former resident but they are having trouble making their final pick. After drawing up a very extensive list, the choice has come down to two names: Sir John A Macdonald and Avril Lavigne. However, the question remains - who is more famous? Peter Oldring had the opportunity to speak to President of the Property Standards Committee Steve Wendy, the man now charged with making the final difficult decision; a decision that has only been made harder by the announcement of Lavigne's engagement to Nickleback front-man Chad Kroeger. We want to know what you think, whose likeness would you like to see cast in bronze: Avril Lavigne or Sir John A MacDonald? Post your reasons in the comments below or vote in our poll.
