University Educated to Receive More Votes in Next Election

Later this month a private members bill called the 'Higher Education Act' will be presented before the House of Commons and it could seriously impact how you vote in the next election. The bill proposes that Canadians with post-secondary degrees should receive multiple votes. To find out more, host Pat Kelly conducted a round table discussion with Professor Dale Atkinson from York University, and Gene Lester from the advocacy group 'Democracy Today'.
