The neighborhood of Liberty Village on Toronto's west side is an area commonly associated with working professionals and according to residents Matthew North and Tegan Phelps they want it to stay that way. The married couple are part of a group residing in the area that want to make Liberty Village child-free and institute a bi-law preventing families from moving into a designated four block zone. Host Pat Kelly sat down with Mr. North and Ms. Phelps to learn more about what they're proposing.
