Without question one of the most confusing events of fall is daylight saving.

Earlier this week Peter Oldring spoke with "expert" Dr. Karl Galbarth to get a better understanding of this important time change. Clearly uninformed, Dr. Galbarth was shocked to find out that Saskatchewan did not participate in DLS and seemed to not grasp the concept of AM and PM.
