Inspired by companies like Google and Pixar, more and more businesses are re-thinking what a work environment feels like. Providing employees with an inspiring office space has become a key element to a company's success.

In Hamilton, Ontario, the high-tech  consulting firm Deenlo has taken the notion of an innovative office to new heights. They are the first company in the world to convert their entire office space into a swimming pool.

According to CEO Robert Dowling, "You'd be amazed by the ideas that people can come up with if you let them brainstorm in a hot tub."

Dowling went on to say that his employees have taken to this concept quickly, adding: "We have people who are willing to work until midnight because they're having so much fun working on new concepts while playing Marco Polo."

We want to know what you think: would you like to see more companies adopt this approach to work?
