Office Pool: Canadian company builds aquatic work environment

NoDiving_OfficePool.jpgInspired by companies like Google and Pixar, more and more businesses are re-thinking what a work environment feels like. Providing employees with an inspiring office space has become a key element to a company's success. In Hamilton, Ontario, the high-tech  consulting firm DEENLO has taken the notion of an innovative office to new heights. They are the first company in the world to convert 90% of their office space into a swimming pool. They say the idea behind the aquatic work environment is to 'maximize an employee's creativity by having them work while swimming.'

We had the opportunity to go for a dip to learn more about this revolutionary new idea.
