Qalipu Mi'Kmaq Keith Cormier of Corner Brook conducts workshops for men on family violence prevention. The project was started by the Newfoundland Aboriginal Women's Network and encourages men to observe traditional aboriginal teachings to promote peaceful family relationships. The first session took place November 23.
