Fever Year

fever year.jpgAndrew Bird is a multi-instrumentalist from Chicago. The acclaimed singer-songwriter might be a new name to some of you... But he may very well become a more familiar one after tonight for those in Whitehorse.

The film Fever Year looks at the musician's most rigorous year of touring, with an onstage injury to boot. Xan Aranda is the director of that film, which is showing at the Available Light Film Festival in Whitehorse tonight.

I caught up with Xan from her hotel room in Vancouver late yesterday and she started by discussing what Fever Year is all about...
