You know you're a Corner Boy if...
| On Tuesday guest host John Furlong spoke with author Robert Hunt about his new book "Corner Boys." It refers to a type of young fella - a few girls, but mainly fellas - who grew up in downtown St. John's working-class neighbourhoods, defined as much by their culture as they were by their geography. Following that chat John asked listeners to complete the phrase "You know you're a Corner Boy if..." for a chance to win a copy of the book. We've tried to get all the entries we received on air... but it seeems the week just isn't long enough. So, we're going to wrap it all up on Monday morning when Anthony returens to the host chair. Until then, take a listen to the calls we've aired so far.
