A new website, new ways to watch
- October 26, 2009 9:11 AM |
- By Bonnie Brown
You've probably noticed already that our website looks different. We've launched a National blog, as well as a regular voting and comments feature with Wendy Mesley during the day, the results of which will appear in our nightly broadcast. Plus, we're featuring some of your comments more prominently on the site.
We've also been working to create new ways for you to get news from The National online. First, we're launching The National Mobile, a 4-minute news wrap available for mobile devices, delivered each weekday at 6 p.m. ET. And we're providing a 10-minute news update called The National On Demand each weekday that you can watch on our website, and download as a podcast. Our goal is to give our loyal viewers more choices of how, when and where they can watch The National's content, and we hope you take advantage of these new options. You can find out lots more about these new services, and about the other changes to our website and our broadcast, in our In Depth feature entitled A New Era.
If you have any questions or comments about the new website, please post them to this page. We' re looking forward to hearing from you.
