This week on The House, national reporter Susan Lunn sat down with Prime Minister Stephen Harper to talk about his second official visit to China. Harper says taking a "different approach" and raising the issue of human rights with China is paying off, but warns China and "other governments" need to help shape a more positive future for Syria.

Quebec Justice Minister Jean-Marc Fournier says the province will demand Ottawa pay Quebec the $600 million it will cost to comply with Bill C-10 once it becomes law.
