To say that Monte Solberg knows his way around Alberta's federal
political scene would be an under statement. He was involved with the
Reform Party, the Canadian Alliance and the Conservative Party. He was
even a minister in Stephen Harper's cabinet. So who better to talk
about Alberta politics from a federal perspective than Monte Solberg.
We sat down in his office in downtown Calgary for a chat.
The Federal Court says it won't throw six MPs out of their seats over allegations of widespread vote suppression through automated robocalls in the 2011 federal election. But Judge Richard Mosley did find that fraud occurred in the election.
