With no end in sight, former Quebec Premier Jean Charest -- was one of the first proponents of such a deal -- explains why he's getting worried. He also outlines why the fall could be a major turning point in the negotiations.UPDATE:
The CBC's James Fitz-Morris brings us the latest on the negotiations with help of Peter Stastny. Stastny played for the Quebec Nordiques in the 1980s - when he became a Canadian citizen. Now he is a member of the European Parliament representing his native Slovakia. He also sits on the International Trade Committee and where he keeps a close eye on the Canada-EU trade talks.
