Dissent inside RCMP ranks made headlines again this week after a Mountie aired his grievances publicly in a letter to RCMP Commissioner Bob Paulson. An anonymous blog site said to be run by current and former RCMP members also surfaced threatening to expose "an orchrad of bad apples."
