Is Canada's housing market in a bubble, over-heated, or simply imbalanced? There seems to be consensus among the nation's economists that something needs to give when it comes to real estate, but how far might it go or how much it might hurt is yet to be seen. What's a current or future home-owner to do? We speak to economists Tsur Somerville in Vancouver and Patti Croft in Toronto about what's happening in their towns and how it might affect the rest of the country.
