This week on The House, guest-host Alison Crawford is in Winnipeg for the Council of the Federation's annual meeting. Alison sits down with British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell and his Prince Edward Island counterpart Robert Ghiz to discuss ways to tackle growing health care costs. Alison also talks to Alberta's Ed Stelmach about how challenging it can be to make the Council of the Federation work. The House also takes advantage of its visit to Manitoba to explore the province's political scene.
