It’s Football Season and Canadians across the country are cheering our unique game of three downs and that extra point for a missed field goal. But is our quirky version of pro ball any better than the NFL? This week New York comic Darryl Lenox is out to trounce funny guy Tim Steeves and prove to our Regina audience that the NFL beats the CFL every time. Next up on our comedy double bill, veteran comic Mike MacDonald battles newcomer Nick Beaton on the topic of restaurants and whether the chain and franchise operations are superior to the mom and pop eateries. As always, The Debaters dishes up a tantalizing mix of funny and fact. Gather round the radio and dig in. Saturday at 11:30 am on Radio One.
