Next up on our double bill of laughs and logic, comic Greg Morton uses many a funny voice to prove to Ron Sparks that “Star Wars” is better than “Lord of the Rings.” Once again “The Debaters” brings you epic battles of fact and funny.

Slaves to technology
We’ve got a country-mouse, city-mouse showdown this week on The Debaters. Rural raconteur Derek Edwards tries to convince urban advocate Mike Wilmot that small towns are the heart and soul of our country.
Also on the bill, Roman Danylo holds court as two top-rated American comics, Marc Maron and Darryl Lenox, battle it out over whether technology has made us free and powerful.
It's another great half hour of jokes and jabs, so grab a big bag of Doritos, switch your Blackberries to vibrate and tune in to the Debaters. Saturdays at 6:30 pm and Sundays at 11;30 am on CBC Radio One.
