Both Canada Post and Air Canada argue they can't afford to extend pension coverage to new workers because a decreasing number of workers are supporting the pensions of an expanding group of retirees. And since fewer than 3 million private-sector workers in Canada are covered by workplace pensions, we're asking if workplace pensions are worth fighting for?
