Year in Review: Political Panel

Listen

This year has been one of triumphs and unspeakable tragedy. So as we count down to the end of 2012, we are joined by three Canadian politicians who have watched the year unfold from inside the political arena.

To review the year, we were joined by three political insiders:

Ralph Goodale is Member of Parliament for the Regina-area constituency of Wascana and Deputy Leader of the Liberal Party of Canada. He was in Regina.

Dr. Kellie Leitch is the Conservative Member of Parliament for Simcoe-Grey and parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development and to the Minister of Labour. And she was in Toronto.

And Peter Julian is the NDP Member of Parliament from Burnaby New Westminister. He is the Energy and Natural Resources Shadow Cabinet Minister and the NDP's National Caucus Chair. And he was at home in New Westiminster.

This segment was produced by The Current's Howard Goldenthal.
