ODD - Parents

For more than a decade, my next two guests have struggled with their daughter's behaviour. She has been diagnosed with a variety of mental and behavioural conditions. She has been charged in a violent confrontation with police. Children's Aid is investigating. And her parents say they have been hung out to dry by a system that has nothing to offer a girl who desperately needs help.

Under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, we're not allowed to name the girl. And we're withholding her parents names as well, in order to comply with the law.
