As you've been hearing, the CBC has launched a national project called Live Right Now ... a little encouragement for you to lead a healthier life. And that got Dick Miller wondering about the connection between being physically healthy and mentally healthy. Dick Miller is The Current's Documentary Editor and he was in Halifax to introduce his documentary, From The Heart.
