The man who created the TV show The Polka Dot Door passed away last week. he came from Essex county and developed a world famous childrens show.

It was the notice for the passing of Ted Coneybeare who developed and produced the TV Ontario children's program The Polkadot Door.Ted was 86 years old when he died last Monday.Ted was born here in Essex county and attended Essex High School .
