Here's a statistic for you. One in 5 Canadians will experience a mental illness in their lifetime. The remaining 4 will have a friend, family member or colleague who will. It's a sobering thought when you consider that despite those statistics, many people suffering from a mental illness won't admit to it because of the stigma associated
with mental illness. That's something my next guest is working to dispell.Stephen Page, the former lead singer of the Bare Naked ladies is speaking about his own battle with depression at the University of Windsor tonight. It's part of the University's weeklong
focus on mental health.
