Eric Peterson

Eric Peterson’s accomplishments as a Canadian actor have been acknowledged by an honorary doctorate from the University of Saskatchewan, a Governor General’s Lifetime Achievement Award and the Order of Canada.

Eric has performed in most major theatres in Canada as well as Broadway, London’s West End, the Edinburgh Festival and the Melbourne International Theatre Festival. With a theatre career spanning over fifty years and hundreds of plays, he is best known for Billy Bishop Goes To War, which he co-created with John Gray.

Eric has guested on many television shows including The Republic of Doyle, Murdoch Mysteries, Cracked, The Ron James Show and was a series lead in Street Legal, This Is Wonderland, and Corner Gas.
