Montreal is the latest Canadian city to jump on the food truck chipwagon. From Halifax to Hamilton, the lineups for pricey perogies and gourmet tacos keep growing. But food writer and urban planner, Bartek Komorowski says the essence of street food - affordability and convenience - has been forgotten in Canada. He wants street food to be given back to the people.
