Q. Does Tapestry accept radio documentary or commentary submissions?

A. At the moment, Tapestry is not able to accept submissions for radio documentaries or commentaries. We will publish the guidelines for submissions on this website when we are able to accept new commissions once again.

A. Due to copyright issues, much of the audio archive of Tapestry programs is no longer available. Please be patient - it takes us a few days after a broadcast to post new shows.

A. We try to post the songs that we've played on the website. But please be patient, it will take a few days after the broadcast date.

Q. Will you replay that great interview/documentary/commentary I heard on Tapestry?

A. Almost everything is eventually repeated on Tapestry. We can't say in advance when that will happen. Keep checking the Upcoming section of the website.

Q. What's that music you play at the beginning of the show?

Our opening theme music is Bittersweet Symphony by The Verve. Our closing music is a remix of Deus by The Sugarcubes.

Q. Does Tapestry have podcasts?

Tapestry is available as a podcast, although we do not podcast the program exactly as it is heard over the air due to various copyright issues (CBC Radio does not have the legal right to podcast music, for example). Interviews can be downloaded from CBC Podcasting, or through iTunes Canada.
