Josh Groban was an instant sensation; virtually overnight, everyone knew the baby-faced singer with the operatic voice. At 17, Josh's vocal coach passed along a demo tape to super producer David Foster, which lead to some big opportunities. In 2001, Josh delivered his debut album, which went double platinum in just six months; he's since released three more incredibly successful albums, and in an era when everyone is struggling to sell records, Josh is one of the most bankable artists in the business. Regardless, Josh is taking things in a new direction: he recently left his former manager, and teamed up with legendary producer Rick Rubin, better known for his work with the Beastie Boys, Run DMC, Johnny Cash, Metallica, and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Together, the unlikely pair made Josh's new album; it's called 'Illuminations.'

Animal scientist and best-selling author Temple Grandin has had a truly remarkable life... and is a hero to people living with autism everywhere. This year TIME Magazine named her as one of "the 100 most influential people in the world". Through her nine books and countless public lectures, Temple Grandin has made us think differently about autism... taking us on a journey inside the autistic mind, and teaching us that autism can be a gift - not a disability. As a child, Temple was diagnosed with severe autism and couldn't say a word at the age of two. Today she has her Ph.D. in animal sciences, half the cattle in the U.S. and Canada are handled in equipment that Temple designed, and big companies like McDonalds follow her guidelines on how to treat cattle more humanely. Temple is currently a professor at Colorado State University, and is working on her 10th book. 'Temple Grandin', the HBO movie about her life starring Claire Danes, just won the Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress In A Mini-series or Motion Picture Made for Television at the 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards.
'Ice, Ice Baby'. There. I know y'all nodding your heads. 'Ice, Ice Baby' was the first rap song to top the Billboard charts and for a brief moment made Robert Van Winkle the biggest star in pop. Then it all fell apart. Rob's records stopped selling. He turned to drugs and even attempted suicide in 1994. But then Rob got smart. He's turned his passion and talent for home improvement into a successful TV show that's brought him something he's always wanted. Respect.
Robbie Robertson never set out to reinvent rock & roll - but as the main songwriter and guitarist in The Band, he helped create a natural, rustic sound that had never quite been heard before. The Band backed Bob Dylan and were the first North American rock group to appear on the cover of Time magazine. And when they called it quits in 1976, the all-star concert that bade them farewell was a testament to the influence they'd had on music. In 1987, Robbie made his solo debut with an album that went Gold, was nominated for a Grammy and swept The Junos. Now he has a new solo album: 'How To Become Clairvoyant' deals with everything from the early days of rock & roll to his historic departure from The Band.
