Sundays 8pm to 11pm on Radio 2
One of the most dynamic performers of the nineties grunge scene, Scott Weiland, joined George.
When Toronto Raptors GM Masai Ujiri was in the red chair, George asked him how he was able to turn the once-fumbling basketball team around.
"You come in and start to preach something different," he said. "You have to start instilling some of the things you believe in. I believe in passion, I believe in honesty, I believe in working hard and giving it your best. I don't believe in excuses."
George then asked Ujiri about one of the traditional explanations for the team's middling fortunes: the difficulty of attracting top U.S. talent to a cold city in another country.
"To me, that's... can I say crap on your show?"
