Sportscaster and mischief-maker Jay Onrait was in the George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight studios to give Alex Albrecht a little unsolicited advice about drinking coffee.
According to Onrait, it's all about how much coffee you drink.
"Two or three cups of coffee a day? This is a perfectly normal amount of coffee," he said.
Onrait then listed off the effects from higher amounts of coffee consumption, topping off at what it feels like to drink 26+ cups of coffee per day.
"Keep track of all the bathrooms in the building. You're going to need them," he said. "Possibly for throwing up. Most likely for violent diarrhea that you will inevitably experience."
