Comedian K. Trevor Wilson brought a grammar grievance with him to the Complaints Department. And it had to do with the use of the word "literally."
"I got a complaint about Webster's Dictionary changing the definition of 'literally' to include the definition of 'figuratively.' 'Literally' now means the literal interpretation as well as the figurative interpretation, which means instead of expecting people to learn how to use language properly and be smart we are just compensating for their stupidity by dumbing everything down."
