Harry Freeland's latest documentary In The Shadow Of The Sun follows the life-and-death struggle of two Tanzanians with albinism.
Freeland explained the dangers that people from Tanzania with albinism face:
"At the time when I started filming I first travelled to Tanzania in 2006. And when I travelled there I had no idea that over the next six years, 72 people with albinism were going to be murdered and a further 34 people were going to be mutilated," said Freeland.
"And this really stemmed from ritual witchcraft beliefs that were spreading that albino body parts could make you rich."
