Veteran journalist and host of CBC's The Current Anna Maria Tremonti was in the red chair to talk about her career and to trade questions with George.
Tremonti, who travelled the globe covering stories like the war in Bosnia, the fall of communism and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, told George about a beloved piece of reporting gear: her favourite flak jacket.
"I loved that flak jacket," said Tremonti, after George showed a clip of a story she did while stationed in Sarajevo in 1992. "I wore it all the time... it was a good flak jacket. It had big plates that actually would repel stuff. Fortunately I never had to test it."
