Pumping Iron: The Inspiring Story Of One Man With Cerebral Palsy

Scott Belkner is an extraordinary guy, and you can't help but be moved and inspired by this video.

Scott has cerebral palsy, and can't walk or talk. But that doesn't mean he's not living his life to the fullest and on his terms.

"All my life people tell me I can't do things because my disability," Scott says through a computer program. "I don't take that. I can go wherever I want."

"If you have disability, you want do something, do it," he says. "If you can't do it in one try, keep trying. It just take me little longer, but I get it done."
