Put Your Finger On These Clever Celebrity Portraits

It seems like artists are always looking for new canvases.

For instance, check out these tiny illustrations inside matchbooks by Jason D'Aquino, or this swingset that was converted into a waterfall by the collective Dash 7.

Sometimes, though, a new place to create art is as close as the end of the artist's arm.

That's certainly the case for artist Dito Von Tease (no relation to burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese), who creates celebrity portraits on the always-at-hand canvas of his own finger.

Dito uses digital (ahem) technology to add details to the finger, turning it into someone instantly recognizable.

Check out some of his clever finger paintings below, and visit his Ditology site to see many more.
